- Knowledgable leaders there, ready and willing to help you succeed - Support for Junior positions, but also autonomy for senior staff. - Open to different ways of working - not beholden to traditional recruitment methodologies - Empathetic management. People first approach - not always the case with recruitment companies
Cons
- Although the remote working is lovely to have, it won't suit everyone.
