Horrible company. We were trained to always make every claim the customer's fault. GXI treated so many innocent customers like crap and they always put the blame on the customer. I couldn't take it as I felt horribly guilty about it. We were trained that the customer is always wrong. It's an actual motto in the company that all the management says. They think it's funny but I've seen people get financially blasted as this company will NOT honor its own warranties.
