Pros
1. People are very nice here. We share joy and laughter in the office
2. WLB. Usually I don't need to work overtime.
3. You'll be seen by higher management team if you really bring in a good change.
Cons
1. RTO 5 days. When I first joined the company two years ago, we fully worked remotely. I missed that. I don't have time cooking now.
2. Pay is okay, not competitive in the market
3. At time, I wanna optimize our SOP, but I feel it's hard to push in cause IT team is really busy.
