Cons
So large and detached from day to day employees policies and expectations are unrealistic . This detachment generates a high turnover in staff leaving remaining team members responsible for even more work. Lack of senior managment interaction with properties and their work output. The senior staff as with many companies focus on bottom line at the expense of the health and well being of their most diligent over worked employees. It is a shame as the company has the right idea but even winning all the highest awards or being first they always want more on the backs of their employees with no true employee interaction.
