There is an inevitable quote out there. Small companies (not all) are always better or best place to work than big companies. That will definitely suit for this company. I have started my career here and have been deputed to work for world's biggest internet company in few months. In my opinion, * Company is Working on advanced project management technologies. * Frequent training sessions for employees. * Employees can get full freedom to explore on various areas. * Company has great passion to grow. * Provides opportunities to everyone. * Good compensation par with or better than "Indian service giants" (IT - Service industry). * Best place for work life balance. * Top level management is easily reachable and they will listen to employees. * No bureaucracy or very very less. * Good HR policies. * Frequent travel opportunities. * No Hierarchy at all (Flat management). *Job security (If the performance is good).
