Pros

Subsidized lunch, friendly employees, good enough space and good working environment

Development tools that are provided from company are quite old, laggy and slow in performance. It's not a good experience. No appreciation from management side. Misleading promise and offers from management side. No valid and solid review system. Worst possible negotiation experience.

Pros

Friendly and Supportive Team: Most of my teammates are collaborative and willing to help. The culture among developers is positive and supportive. Good Learning Opportunities: As a frontend developer, I had opportunities to work on different features and improve my skills. Timely Salary and Regular Perks: Salaries are generally paid on time, and basic perks like lunch and snacks are provided. Recreational Activities: Indoor cricket and other team activities helped build camaraderie.

Cons

As the company grows, some processes are still evolving, which means there is room for improvement in their structure over time. Occasionally, projects move fast, which can be challenging—but it also helps developers learn to work efficiently under pressure. Performance reviews and career growth paths could become more structured as the team expands.

Pros

Paid salary on time, always by the 15th of every month. Indoor cricket every day.

Cons

People come and go very often here, and that already says a lot. It’s not the right place if you want to learn, grow, or have any work-life balance. You’ll feel like every second of your time is being counted. The company only cares about getting tasks done — there is no appreciation or recognition (employee of the month is a meaningless award). It’s basically work, eat, get your salary on the 15th of every month, and repeat. No personal growth, outdated tech, and very poor salary increments. Most of the time, it feels like working inside a pressure cooker. The amusing part is that they even asked employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor, which is quite unusual. The MD is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. If you’re thinking about joining, please think twice. Don’t trust the positive Glassdoor reviews — most don’t reflect the real experience. Note: It may be acceptable for junior software engineers to gain some initial experience.
