Flexibility in taking holidays can be poor

I absolutely loved working at Galgorm. As a Marketing Assistant, I had the privilege of working under Victoria Brown and Catherine McKernan – two truly supportive and inspiring managers. They both took the time to mentor me, helped me grow immensely in my career, and always treated me with kindness and respect. The wider team was collaborative and welcoming, and there was a strong culture of professionalism paired with genuine care for employees' wellbeing. The CEO, Colin Johnston, was also incredibly pleasant and approachable. Overall, a really fantastic working environment.

Cons: Honestly, none that would have made me leave. The only reason I left was because I was relocating to Australia.
