One of the major drawbacks of the company was the lack of concern for employee well-being and overall workplace experience. There was little to no healthy work culture being followed, which often made communication and collaboration extremely frustrating. Even for small tasks or requests, employees were required to follow up repeatedly with multiple people before getting anything resolved.
The strict “log in–log out” monitoring culture felt unnecessarily rigid and more like a SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT rather than a professional workplace built on trust and accountability. Additionally, the leave application process was excessively restrictive. Employees were often unable to apply for leave outside a limited approval window set by the system, which became highly frustrating, especially during urgent or unforeseen situations.
