      Pros

      There's room for advancement and plenty of opportunity if you go for it. The job can be fun and engaging working with Public Safety officers. Interesting people to meet.

      Cons

      High stress environment and low work life balance. Take a week off and you'll come back to hundreds of emails. Some of the customers can be incredibly rude and difficult to work with. Many of the internal processes are outdated.

      Pros

      -As with ALL jobs there are some great people to connect with - so that's a PRO for any job.

      Cons

      The systems they have in place are a nightmare causing loss of productivity for all employees. Perplexing that day upon day they spin their wheels trying to solve the same problem over and over but never find a solution. Horrible communication yet they want you to tell them every move. Micromanagement from insecure managers. Snide remarks from management. Often heard other team members participating in racist remarks & ageism. Filthy branch environment in some locations. Management that "no shows" for appointments they set with you. Subpar pay, not great benefits Toxic environment as far as work environments go.
