Gamber-Johnson Response
6yAs managers, we are working hard to make Gamber-Johnson a great place to work. We have exciting plans to move into a new facility with great amenities for our associates.
We actively measure key performance indicators of productivity and see our team consistently performing.
With respect to temporary workers, we have a robust temp-to-permanent program where temps become "tenured" after a period of time indicating that they are on track to becoming permanent. These longer term temps participate in company events along with permanent staff. We believe this approach is important to avoid cycles of hiring and then layoffs to adjust to swings in demand.
We have an open door policy, suggestion box and associate survey where our team members are encouraged to provide feedback and input about our company and work environment.
We have proactively taken measures to keep on top of the guidance from health officials to keep our workplace healthy.
