Small company where you know and work with almost everyone. Yet established and most things are well organised and planned. Work / Life balance is very good, company internal politics are non-existent, and issues are dealt with in a professional context. Daily work is satisfying, great teams. London office has spectacular views, would be a nice place if we weren't WFH because of the virus. Generally GA is well managed.
