      Work Life balance is very good. Great co-workers

      Cons

      Poor Top/Regional management handling, Low Salary Rate. Top Management only Focuses to Bigger Offices, Small offices doesn't have opportunity for career & innovations. All about office revenue matters.

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere
