      Pros

      Salary are pretty nice, some people working there are great (Even if most of them already left).

      Cons

      Awful workhour (sometime over 100H a week, and I was project leaders, all my team was sometime doing the same (between 10 to 15 developers). And it's the case in Mexico but also in India, France (Paris), Barcelona, Montreal (Even if Montreal is less impacted than the other studios).

      - Get exposure to the industry - Genuinely had some great and fun days there - Meet some interesting people and make some friends - You're not designing banner ads somewhere

      - Extra political - Monetization driven to the core - March of death during crunch time
