Pros

The product you deal with is fun because it's hobbyist stuff.

Cons

SUPER high turnover in ALL POSITIONS(both quits and fires) Owners micromanage their director and even lower level staff. Regardless of department they won't listen to people's expertise that they were hired for and sometimes hire specialized staff and have them do menial work because they don't trust anyone to make decisions or have an influence on theirs. The owners don't know how to run a business and their lack of work experience before this shows. They're success comes from capitalizing on Whatnot being so new and popular that it's gambling streams aren't regulated by the state gov yet. It's gotten them crazy far but their incompetence in such a large scale operation makes it impossible to work there. Also the owners go through nearly comical lengths to *shoe horn* AI into as many workflows as they think they can.

Pros

- has potential. - exciting market, making $$$$$ - much growth -pay is good but foundation of company feels unreliable.

Cons

- HIGH turnover - unsafe warehouse environment (not OSHA compliant at all) with rats around eating food, and the bathroom is always out of order. - CEO / exec. level mgmt is cagey - can't make decisions and no real structure to hiring process and don't know how to handle other business aspects. not sure how far they'll get - no paid holidays, not so flexible. - attendance point system that breeds toxicity, resentment and mistrust with HR. - HR leader is not proactive or organized whatsoever - makes processes hard . - no true collaboration between teams at the moment.
