      Pros

      Working in different locations frequently and we were payed to play! Clients often tipped the employees at the events allowing for much better wages in many cases.

      Cons

      Spontaneous schedule with varying hours. This would lead to some paychecks being short of what was needed to effectively manage income.

      Pros

      Easy to create your own schedule and availability. Lots of interaction with a bunch of different sorts of people. Training on lots of different things available. Different every day. Good for people who don't like routine jobs.

      Cons

      Very hard to maintain a steady income unless you're a driver. Dealing with customers can be a bit of a chore, especially when it comes to the kids themselves. You definitely need to be a people person. Management can sometimes be a bit rude and stress inducing.
