We have repeatedly stated that as a growing organization, we are going through our growth pangs- but we're making every effort to smoothen the road for all of us. And we're always open to listening to each one of you and understanding which areas need our urgent attention. We request you to speak to HR and share your concerns.Based on concerns/ideas/suggestions shared by other employees, we have made improvements/ changes to several aspects of our working.
