Pros
The ethos was good. The idea was fantastic, and before I joined I belived I'd be making a real difference.
Cons
The reality vs what you are sold is shocking. You're not allowed to work autonomously, and you're ridiculed if you don't know something or ask a question. The tools you are given to do the job (bas=ic stuff like the computers) are in such bad condition you're unable to work properly. You're micro-managed to such a degree that you feel nothing short of bullied, and stupid. The main share holder is SHOCKINGLY rude. He is so self obsessed, and if you show even an ounce of balls or determination to change anything or help, he ensures you're unceremoniously fired. It's a heart breaking truth that what the brothers need most, is some gentle parental guidance. Or someone who at least cares for them on a genuinely personal level. I wish them both well, but I would suggest not making quite so many enemies. The business world is a small one, with relationships of paramount importance.
