Their huge turnover is a clear indicator of the way they treat staff. Due to their (albeit incredibly touching and very sad) story, they attract high levels of attention to their cause, but they are now using this to become a fashion brand, with no attention paid behind the scenes to doing good or efforts to look after those who volunteer to work for them (usually for free).
