Highly disciplined company with a lot of focus on results. It should provide very good experience for employees in both administration and sales department.
Cons
Very low attention to employee satisfaction and improvement whether it include lack of benefits or training. Salary is not enough compared to the amount and quality of work that is asked from the employees.
