Management is lacking in market, industry knowledge and skill required for success in leading you. Extremely unprofessional and at times volatile behaviors demonstrated by Mgt. Every moment between 9-5 is tracked by Mgt., literally. Little to no regard for your level of commitment. You'll often be told "It's Ganter 1st!", resulting in very poor work/life balance.
