      If you want to break into leasing this company will get you a start. If you like people is a great environment to meet new people everyday.

      Cons

      Management does not promote based on competency or experience, rather on who they like the most. There is alot of gossiping among employees, and everyone is always worried about losing there job.

      * Good culture * Helpful coworkers * Upper Management frequently on site * Competitive pay * Housing Discount (after 6 months) * Clothing allowance * 12 Holidays * Additional days off to attend company paid events (Football games, baseball games, derbies, etc.)

      Cons

      * Minimal training - not many SOPs to refer to * Vacation time is not competitive (5-15 days off per year depending on tenure)
