The company seems to significantly change strategy at least once per year and consequently few initiatives really have much chance to get going or become effective. In addition the business as a whole (like so many other companies) is continually trying to do more with fewer people. Sadly this has meant many good people have been shown the door taking irreplaceable knowledge with them and leaving those left behind picking up the pieces. New recruits will also be lucky to stay for long given the constant changes.
