Pros

Very diverse. People of various ethic backgrounds and cultures work here. Most people are friendly and the system is pretty easy to navigate.

Cons

High stress job and overworked. Pay is only worthwhile if you are in MT, sleeping with someone, are family, or were roommates. Turnover is high and most often times you are doing the work of 2 or more people. Advancement... Well that depends on who you know as well. Some people in management smile in your face; tell you everything is okay, the sky is always blue when in actuality the sky is falling! They claim they are going to bat for you and tell you that they are voicing employees concerns when they are really covering their own behind. There are only a couple of people who actually know how to manage. The rest of them have no clue. One minute they are saying the company is doing well then the company is doing bad and "cost cutting measures" are needed. Kind of funny when they are buying more companies in freaking Canada and God knows where else. They let go or laid off some really good apples (people) not to long ago...while the ones with worms are still here. Gossip....stay away from it. It's best to keep to yourself, don't befriend anyone, not be outspoken, definitely not trust anyone, and keep your resume fresh.

Great co-workers, management is more and more engaged with common folk. Fast paced.

Pros

Good place to work if you are between REAL jobs! - Dress Code: wear jeans everyday (and other attire not appropriate for the workplace) - Paycheck: received a paycheck for my work - Co-Workers: great co-workers (don't mistake, Senior Management is not included in this) - Location - I didn't mind the location. It's off the beaten path - close to the owners mansion (let's not inconvenience him although he rarely comes to the office) - Job Security - there is a guy who was out over 60 days last year (no FMLA or disability) and he is still employed.

Cons

- Happy Hour: I'm all for a good Happy Hour, but beer in the office is not appropriate. This is not a frat house..... - Dress Code: people wear leggings to work who should not be wearing leggings - Good Ol' Boys Club: yes, you must be in the 'club' to be promoted. And, it helps if you are a friend, college roommate, Church buddy, or relative. - Management Oversight: the fox is watching the hen house. There are a few who do not log their vacation, sick time, or general time away from work and NO ONE does anything about it. - Technology: The '90's called, they want their excel sheets back. They throw good money after bad and still the technology stinks.
