Friendly environment, they like to promote from within when possible, great benefits, continuing education/training is encouraged, family/work balance is understood and easy to obtain. They expect you to work hard and do your best and are quick to show their appreciation.
Cons
Slow to discipline long standing employees, lack of SOP in a few areas which also causes a lack of communication between departments.
