      Dedicated research team, multidisciplinary engineering activities, interesting and challenging projects.

      Cons

      The process can be sometimes overwhelming, poor onboarding and training for new employees.

      Thanks for the feedback, and we are sorry if you feel there was poor onboarding and training for new employees. This is definitely an area of continuous improvement as we move to formalizing our HR processes even more than in years past. We now have more structure in our process and are working to fine tune it even further.

      Welcoming team and environment. Great onboarding process and lots of opportunities to learn about different departments and develop your skills. Very knowledgeable seniors.

      Occasional management issues that led to delayed projects and overwork.

      Pros

      Small/medium size makes the environment more friendly and personal. Products and very unique and have cool applications.

      Cons

      Being a small/medium company, we do not seem to offer competitive wages. Competition among peers is weak.
