We have a team where the personal opinion counts, if expressed. Nearly agnostic to technology we use it is more of an open playground where you can discover and try new stuff, as long as the prospect is to get the job done best.
Cons
As we struggle with different approaches to project management In Different departments this can lead to tension because of differences in expectations. As a merchant the majority of our colleagues is not used to project based work.
