- great sales leadership - lots of freedom for personal intiatives - the product as designed is definitely a great product. execution is a really a topic

- its a french company irrational decisions are common - the ceo is the boss and if it goes right he did it if he made the wrong decision you are to blame... - language is really an issue hardly any speak acceptable english - even promises put on paper with leadership signatures on it are not kept.

To be fair they do pay well.

Extremely naive and inexperienced leadership team who do not seem to understand business basics outside of their home market. Coupled with an extremely poor marketing and communications team the company will continue to struggle.
