No benefits whatsoever No work from home - unless you’re Managements favourites Dreadful office culture Oppressive atmosphere

The boss takes you out once in a while

No training No processes No benefits at all (maybe get a bonus but only if you’re a favourite) Bullying Nepotism Secrecy and no communication between line managers and colleagues, it’s a guessing game No hybrid working No flexibility on working from home, even with train strikes No empathy if you are genuinely unwell - you are just a number to them and they don’t conduct a RTW The office feels like working in a library there is 0 chat False promises (i.e to review pay and after meeting and exceeding expectations, no pay review happens) No time in lieu No heating in the office, kitchen or toilets but that might change
