      Pros

      Let you operate equipment without proper licensing. Which was nice because I got experience I wouldn't have gotten otherwise.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible, hours are terrible. Continually put in dangerous situations I had not been trained for.

      Highly rewarding job and surrounded by friends and peers who want you to learn and grow! Never a dull day at Gates. The Gates family truly cares about their employees and they want everyone to succeed.

      Cons

      This job takes a lot of commitment and motivation. If you aren't motivated to succeed, this isn't the career for you.
