You will have so many chances to make that impact in a student's life and if you're lucky, to see them grow and blossom into the student who walks into classrooms with their heads held high, answering questions without the fear of being wrong and furthering their education with a newfound confidence you helped them see in themselves.

There isn't much structure (in terms of organizational structure) of the office environment. It's possible this is due to the nature of this organization being a non-profit but it would be useful if they considered being a bit more organized.
