      Pros

      In general, most of the people you work with are nice and kind. Although not everyone is hard working, few people complain about the work that is on their plate. Free coffee too and a fair bit of social events.

      Cons

      Pay scale was low and even offered a full-time position that was much lower than the market rate.

      Good insurance and profit sharing benefits.

      Cons

      Work from home was removed. Seemed to differ between departments on what was allowed and what was not. Lack of communication.
