      Cons

      Family emergency are not considered mental health of the employees are not considered. Job titles changed a few times along with not really being part of the team.

      YOU control how much you make. You put in the work and dedicate yourself to mastering being a truly professional recruiter, then the limits are endless as to what you can make financially and the people you can positivity impact along the way.

      Cons

      If you don't have a hunter mindset, than this lifestyle is probably not for you.
