Worst place No proper equipment to work for But they need proper productivity from you No matter how good you work the management does not appreciate that Too much internal politics HR does not know how to be professional Management does not have common sense and ignore the hard work For management it's 'start-up culture' but they want the employees to follow the process But if the employee ask for anything it's suppose to be from your reporting manager You guys compare you two product as equal one which started 5 years back and one which is just few months old plus the number of employees in both locations Mumbai and Delhi is a huge difference one has some 100 plus other has some 20 employees still you ask for more
