      Some folks on the team are really nice

      Cons

      Founders are very unpleasant (my way or the highway approach) and too arrogant to acknowledge mistakes and learn from them.

      * customizable, easy to sell software * engaged managers - hands on * collaborative team and relationship between sales and product

      Cons

      * no real cons - very good experience working with this team * work life balance: like any startup, be ready to work long hours to hit your target; however, personally I found this experience extremely rewarding and loved taking ownership of the role.
