Pros
Good managers (expat), we need someone who has growth mindset especially in Bali that can push the staff to be better in quality, (staff) most of them can't speak english. Has a great chance for career path opportunities if you're qualified.
Cons
Many of the workers (operations) is lack of growth mindset, they like to stay in the comfort zone and not seeking challenge. This kind of culture clash from my side (which seek hustling rather than slow pace).
