Pros

Everyone working there is outdoorsy so you can connect on that with others.

Cons

Terrible CEO who could care less about your well being or you as a human. Next to nothing pay. Terrible work environment, no AC so the warehouse gets up to the 90s during the summer. Preaches sustainability but is literally funded by big oil/gas. No real culture. No transparency. Promises professional growth but no clear way of how to grow within the company as everything business related is kept between upper management. One of the worst jobs I’ve ever worked. Would offer new positions to people with more work and a possible pay raise after 3-4 months of working the new position with added responsibilities.

Cons

Unprofessional environment, promised more opportunities than available, weak culture, passive-aggressive communication instead of feedback oriented, low pay
