      Great coworkers, fast paced environment

      Cons

      Fake promises in regards to career progression. Upper management are absolute joke they prefer to to invest in external rather than supporting 400+ floor staff . Constant operational changes. Very low pay ,part timers get paid more than team leaders and full time staff . Head office treat staff like they paying them out of their pockets HR don't take any action when it comes to supporting staff who are getting bullied due to high turn over No perks
