Fast paced environment that may overwhelm new hires. In this role you are an anchor for the Consultation Agents so dealing with their problems on top of your own repairs can get a bit troublesome at times.

- You are completely expendable while working there
- Hours are sparse if you're part time, and hours are based on amount of tickets done that month. Slow month? Good luck paying your rent.
