Pros
Awesome people, many of them amazingly smart and willing to help others. Remote first setup means on-site, work from home or remote work all stays fully connected. Top of the line hardware. Culture was one of the biggest pros for a long time but has since changed. CEO is an incredibly charitable and easy to talk to individual. Compensation was above market earlier in but market has equalized
Cons
Upper management has become increasingly distant from production and no longer has a grasp on the reality of what's actually happening on the front lines. Competent workers are rewarded by having their jobs used as leverage to make them work nights and weekends to help cover up misses earlier in the process. Recent restructure has resulted in some inept individuals ending up in positions of power based merely on tenure regardless of track record or abilities. All of this coupled with the inability to see more than a month or two of work out has resulted in a recent ~20% downsizing.
