Pros
Lots of learning can be had and the ability to call and ask questions while in the field helps a lot. Lots of driving so get to enjoy music in between jobs
Cons
due to the nature of jobs, finish times can vary widely and be unkind, staff turnover is about 2 years. managers will try to force you to make sales goals and upsell clients to be more profitable, I don't really as it goes against me personally and I just want whats best but I miss out on bonuses due to my mindset. they will put you on "performance improvement plans" if you miss to many sales goals. due to being customer-based, it's very easy to have and and bad days depending on who you get sent to see, definitely have days where you feel like you don't get paid enough to put up with this, also from this nature you only see workmates about once a month in meetings
