This company is really struggling to get any good projects ,only projects they have as of now are the ones with very difficult clients with very low bufget wi=hic no other company will cater. And the reason for that is they very poor market image as they often assign interns and junior wngineers on client projects and bill for senior however code quality and unstability of project is the testimony of their work ethics. 3. There has been no proper KT process, and insufficient time is allocated for it your role can be chnagesd to anything since their is no projects here. 4. Managment in not coperative at all , they are really cruel to their employess especialyy if you are freshjer they will arm twist you to do their way 5. Work environment does not support a healthy work-life balance, leading to exhaustion and burnout. 6. This is not a IT company but a family owned zoo 7.
