not supportive of women architects - Architectural Designer Gehry Partners, LLP Employee Review

Very hard for women to advance. Leadership positions including project managers, lead designers are mostly all men. Women seem to get stuck in the middle. It’s very hierarchical and people are afraid to speak their mind or ask for what they want. Long hours and insane micromanagement style that is almost infantilizing.
