Pros
I've read that you don't work for a company, you work for a boss. The experience you have at the company is the experience the boss makes for you. Everyone here at GSI cares about everyone else. The work we do is very difficult but we all support each other. That attitude starts at the top with the CEO and makes its way down to everyone else that works here. And we work on robots n stuff.
Cons
I have a long commute. My desk is messy. Sometimes I stay up too late the night before going to work. When I was a kid I didn't have to work, but now I'm an adult and I have to work.
