Benefits are great and more importantly, they're free. No out of pocket costs. 100% vesting in the 401(k) on day one. 15 days + 4 floating holidays + 3 summer days = 22 days off a year is pretty good too.
Cons
Upper management decisions seems almost arbitrary. Promotion opportunities are non-existant as they only get people in from the outside. Commumnication between departments is poor.
