Training is pretty good and there is typically plenty of work, especially in the summer. Some great people work there.

The people running the place have a tendency to not stick to their word. Tell you one thing, and do another seems to be their MO. Like to pretend that they listen to their employees opinions, but never act on feedback or address it.

The company seems to be growing well. There has been good motivation within and a desire to really help those in the upper management level.

Just because you can sell DOES NOT mean you can manage people. I had a hard time with a manager here and his I am too busy to help one of my employees attitude. He was very difficult to work with.
