      I have been working at Gencosys India full-time (More than 1 years) and I am truly happy with their facilities and timing for a new employee who wants a dedicated team support inside the company premises.

      Cons

      Nothing is important but there should be 2 days leaves in a week

      It's a Great Organization to start your career in information technology I just started to work as part-time in BPO segment of the company.

      Cons

      According to me, there are no cons to say you as I am happy with my service job.
