You get paid bare minimum.

Everything. There is no onboarding when you start. Manager throws a used laptop at you with broken hardware and gives you zero overview of the system then complaints why did you break the hardware. Then they give you random irrelevant tasks that make no sense and have no relation to the job you applied for. Waste of time. Colleagues that don't help. Manager clearly immature and providing zero guidance or support, feels like they want to sabotage you even.
