      Pros

      Friendly, open door office policy. Beautifully decorated offices, Fully stocked kitchens for breakfast and snacks. Lunch buffet provided.

      Cons

      It's getting larger and the trickle down effect is that there is more red tape, bureaucracy and hurdles to jump. The comraderie is fading as people can't get to know one another as well.

      Really cool office where lunch is catered Very cool team where there is room to learn and grow Smaller team so your work is more impactful Good competitive pay

      Less flexibility with WFH Many senior members of Applications team left and so new team is very new
