      Pros

      I always got the sense that the company truly places people first. Very generous benefits, great team, fantastic sense of community.

      Cons

      They have many many MANY customers so you can have days where almost nothing happens, but most days you're juggling 10 different balls.

      Pros

      The pay is decent. Work life balance is mostly ok. Management encourages you (verbally) not to overwork yourself to death.

      Cons

      DEI is non existent. Career advancement is non-existent (unless someone dies or retires, which never happens.) No cost of living increases.
