      Fast pace of work, Good work life balance. High quality and in very technical products. Good vacation and experienced management

      Cons

      Salaries are quite low, but insurance is good. Capital improvements have been typically lacking but that is changing. .limited advancemt.

      Good communication between supervisors and production employees. From hiring, human resources, management, supervisors, and other employees I was respected and had a very personable experience.
